The book by using the philosophical category of the nihilism faces the juvenile uneasiness and the fall of all the values. It defines the historical, cultural and not psychological reasons, it outlines the inefficiency of both the religious and the Enlightenment-rational answers.
The author describes and explains the risky behavior: the extreme drug use, the confusion between the inside and the outside, the extreme actions and the sense entrusted to music. The book delineates the exit in learning the art of the living, in recognizing our own abilities making them bloom.
An important part of the book is dedicated to school, to its inefficiency and to the education of the teachers.
