DESCRIZIONE DEI CONTENUTI:

EU concerns in preventing, combating and reducing early school dropout and failure require appropriate and effective legislative measures aimed to align Romania's overall effort in this direction.
The existence of a legal instrument in this area is to unify and coordinate the efforts made by different levels of society, to link evaluation and remuneration of education and training systems of inclusion results, preventing, combating and reducing dropout and failure school.
This proposal for a normative act comes in addition to the Law of National Education and takes the remarkable results validated by the best practices in some countries of the European Union.

COMMENTO SULLA PUBBLICAZIONE:

Regarding the situation in Romania, where school dropout is placed between 16-18%, believe that a law to combat school dropout and failure would be welcome. Programs and lists of measures have been all the time developed, but without any effect.
The lack of material resources of families, especially from rural areas, requires for children to restore the economic destiny of the parents. Only the support of society and government intervention can interrupt this vicious circle.
Beyond the stipulations of the Law of National Education, which are very good, among them bringing the entire compulsory school education in the locality of residence, a law is necessary; its stipulations are not optional, but applicable under the threat of sanctions stipulated in the law.
If it is accepted this law, would be a premiere for the European Union, placing Romania in the vanguard of states who are concerned about combating early school.
