The volume provides a comprehensive overview of the mentoring, an educational model applied in various contexts. The description focuses on the one-to-one method, namely one mentor matched with a mentee. The volume focuses on the different steps of a mentoring process. The volume represents a good and useful tool addressed to the educators (psychologist, social worker, teacher) and the university student since it provides for the first time in Italy an overview on how to carry out a mentoring programme in the school context.
