Description of activities carried out:

WP7

1) Organised suitable venue, booked hotels, arranged refreshments,
arranged local transport, and provided arrival guidance to partners
etc.

2) Undertook preparatory work for second meeting requested by Pixel

3) Attended second partners meeting

4) Attended a number of meetings to disseminate information about the
project and four dissemination reports submitted

Outcomes:

1) Second partners meeting successfully completed and all items on
agenda covered.

2) Several presentations made about the project and four dissemination
forms completed

Evaluation of the work undertaken:

Very enjoyable and productive second meeting. Helpful to resolve queries about roles and future work deadlines.

Dissemination information well received.
