- organised first meeting (including suitable venue, refreshments and
social events)
- attended second meeting
- started dissemination
- completed and submitted yearly reports

Outcomes:

- first meeting successfully completed, all items on agenda covered
- second meeting attended, all items in agenda covered
- 16 disseminations carried out, reaching 2530 people
- dissemination, activity, evaluation and finacial reports written and
submitted

Evaluation of the work undertaken:

The meetings were helpful, productive and enjoyable at the same time.
The disseminations, though less in number, reached a larger, more interested public than expected.
The reports were timely written and exhaustive
