Regular meetings for co-ordination of the Transnational meeting to be held in Mayo in January 2009

Liaison with Partners regarding flights, travel within Ireland, accommodation and associated information

Booking of accommodation and resources for meetings

Outcomes:

Preparation for all aspects of the meeting going to plan for January

Evaluation of the work undertaken:

The work was carried out easily and efficiently

Communication with Partners was satisfactory and looking forward to hosting the event
