Description of activities carried out:
-Activity1a
All partners wrote preliminary versions of the format for the interviews with Public Officers in charge of education, headmasters, teachers, students and parents. The partners’ drafts were compared and draft formats were proposed in order to exchange observations and suggestions. Then the final formats have been compiled and sent to
the partners.

-Activity 1b.
The Italian team decided to prepare a format to describe each experience in detail.

-Activity 1c.
The Italian team decided to prepare a format to describe each case study in detail.

-Activity 2a
In order to constitute the group the project was presented to CIPAT members in a
meeting and in the annual assembly. It was also presented to the Regional Councillor in charge of General and Vocational Education and Work. The group was constituted on February 26th

-Activity 2b
After discussing cases presented by the teachers of the group, the five cases were chosen and interviews were started being carried out.

-Activity 2c.
The interviews to public officers, headteachers, teachers, students and parents were carried out following the formats agreed with the partners

-Activity 2d.
The National Report was prepared with the team, written and translated into English

-Activity 3a.
The National Reports were collected and examined to decide the contents of the Transanational Report

-Activity 3b A first draft of the Transnational Report was written to be discussed and accepted by the partners.

-Activity 3c. The draft was examined by the partners and their suggestions accepted

-Activity 3d
The final version of the Transnational Report, approved by the partners and revised by the UK partner was checked.

Evaluation of the work undertaken:
All activities involved a widespread exchange of ideas and experiences, both at national and transnational level, which has proved stimulating and rich in suggestions to prepare the Training Programme for teachers involved in the prevention of early school leaving.
