Objectives of activities carried out:
Connectis, carries out the role of technical partner in the framework of the SCHOOL INCLUSION project. The tasks carried out by Connectis during the various phases of the project during the first year can be sub-divided in the following way:

Description of activities carried out:
Project Portal
Definition of the structure of the SCHOOL INCLUSION portal

The SCHOOL INCLUSION portal has been developed and is visible at the following (url) address:
• http://schoolinclusion.pixel-online.org

This portal constitutes the platform used for the promotion of the project, the consultation of the database of elearning product evaluations, access to the Events section and the searching of useful tools.

The portal is divided in the following areas::
• Administration Area
o Administration of the portal contents
o Administration of the database (documents, training package and teacher’s experience)
• User Area
o Database access: The database is suitable for the upload of documents about early school leaving
o Training package
o Teacher’s experience
o Access Events area
o Area Meetings
 Access to the Chat
 Access to the Forum
o Area News
o Area Members

The work has been carried out in the following phases:
Analysis:
o analysis of the objectives,
o analysis of the human internal and external
o analysis of software which could be used in the project

2.3.2 Development of the structure of the SCHOOL INCLUSION portal
The work follows the following phases

o Development of the Html template based on the graphics supplied
o Planning of the formatting of the texts
o Development of the new dynamic modules in php with access the MySql Database
o Implementation of the html template with modules in php
o Assembling of each module
o Testing the local version
o Publication and testing online
o Maintenance
• Systems management
o Systematic management of the web server
o Management of the DNS
o Implementation of MySQL
