Description of activities carried out:

- Internet and literature research of information about communication in general and specifically with regard to absenteeism
- Internet and literature research of materials on communication in general and specifically with regard to absenteeism
- Creation of the index for the training course “Communication” and filling it with contents
- Provision of feedback on the others partners´ contents
- Development of a first draft of the manual module “Communication”
- Revision of the first draft and creation of the final version of the module "Communication"
- Translation of the modules into German

Outcomes:

- The training course module “Communication” was developed.
- The training course was translated into German.

Evaluation of the work undertaken:

The tasks of WP 4 could be fulfilled successfully in time.
