Objectives of activities carried out:

The objective of this work package is to identify the main contents of a training programme addressed to the teachers to give them the skills and tools to identify students at risk of dropping out so as to prevent early school leaving.

Description of activities carried out:

In order to organize the partners’ work in this work package, Pixel created the format for the development of the training package. The form has been developed by Pixel and CIPAT after a process of analysis on the research factors needed to achieve the best result. The form was presented during the second partners meeting where it was discussed and improved. Pixel corrected the form starting from the partners’ hints. The final form was then distributed to the partner.

Outcomes:

-Format for the development of the training programme
-Training programme adoption.
