This CD-ROM contains information, tools and case studies to help local areas build on their existing good practice and develop effective targeted youth support as part of their wider integrated youth support services provision. It is aimed at all individuals, agencies and organisations — including the voluntary and community sector — involved in reforming, developing and implementing targeted youth support in local areas. The information and tools it contains have been informed and tested by 14 local authority children’s trusts that took part in a one-year targeted youth support pathfinder.

COMMENTO SULLA PUBBLICAZIONE:

This is a simple to use, very good, interactive CD-ROM. The core components of effective an effective delivery framework for targeted youth support are identified as: 'A locally owned case for change'; Key delivery elements of targeted youth support; Achieving sustainability; Multi-Agency working;

Clicking on any one of these elements opens up a wide range of useful information for practitioners working in this field.

Stay@School at the Future of Education Conference

The Stay@School projet will be presented at the third edition of the “Future of Education” international conference, held in Florence, Italy, on 13 - 14 June 2013. Over 250 participants from all over the world will attend the conference. The conference participants belong to the sectors of higher education, school education, vocational education and training as well as adult education, therefore representing all of the target groups of the Stay@School project.
