Con riferimento alla certificazione delle competenze, occorre uscire da una visione territoriale per pervenire ad una considerazione della spendibilità globale delle competenze acquisite. Per gli studenti, la possibilità di frequentare istituzioni scolastiche e formative in qualunque Paese e divedersi riconosciuti gli studi compiuti in tutti i Paesi è un traguardo ambito.
Il testo si articola nei seguenti contenuti:
Cos’è competenza
Quando una persona possiede una competenza
La valutazione di una competenza
Le conoscenze (teorie) e le abilità
Dai requisiti agli indicatori
Dagli indicatori alle competenze
La certificazione delle competenze
Quando si arriverà a certificare un percorso di istruzione o di formazione con l’attribuzione di competenze, potremo giungere all’abolizione del valore legale del titolo di studio, cosa già auspicata da Luigi Einaudi il 29 aprile 1947 nell’ultimo giorno del dibattito sulla scuola in Assemblea Costituente.

COMMENTS ON THIS PUBLICATION:

Il testo, chiaro nell’esposizione e snello nel corpo, risulta particolarmente utile nel momento in cui il DM 139/2007 chiede che l’obbligo di istruzione si compia con la certificazione delle competenze d’asse e di quelle di cittadinanza.

Stay@School at the Future of Education Conference

The Stay@School projet will be presented at the third edition of the “Future of Education” international conference, held in Florence, Italy, on 13 - 14 June 2013. Over 250 participants from all over the world will attend the conference. The conference participants belong to the sectors of higher education, school education, vocational education and training as well as adult education, therefore representing all of the target groups of the Stay@School project.
