DESCRIPTION OF CONTENTS:

"Coming back to school” are the words of the young who decides to regain control. "Coming back to school” are also the words pronounced by the parents and professionals who tend a hand to this young in difficult situation.
The site "I come back to school.be" is a platform to exchange information on school drop-out in Wallonia-Brussels Federation.
This platform brings together all the initiatives taken to fight this phenomenon.
It brings together studies, testimonials, a list of addresses where to find help... and contributes to the exchange of expertise and experience, through regular organisation of meetings.
For the authors: "(re)integration, it's everybody's business!"

COMMENTS ON THIS PUBLICATION:

The website provides young people, parents and education professionals with tools and solutions to overcome school drop-out.
The site's philosophy is participative and progressive in relation to actors’ investment, the amount of information available online and the exchange of reflections.
The site is coupled with an information leaflet entitled "School drop-out".

Stay@School at the Future of Education Conference

The Stay@School projet will be presented at the third edition of the “Future of Education” international conference, held in Florence, Italy, on 13 - 14 June 2013. Over 250 participants from all over the world will attend the conference. The conference participants belong to the sectors of higher education, school education, vocational education and training as well as adult education, therefore representing all of the target groups of the Stay@School project.
