DESCRIPTION OF CONTENTS:

Numerosas investigaciones han estudiado los distintos factores psicológicos, sociales, económicos que influyen en el abandono, pero a la vista de que esos datos no nos han ayudado a resolver el problema. El autor plantea un enfoque distinto, considerando que lo que hay que explicar no es el abandono, sino, al contrario, la asistencia a la escuela, la prolongación de los estudios.

COMMENTS ON THIS PUBLICATION:

Sin renunciar a la correcta gestión de los agentes implicados en la educación (profesores, padres de familia, derecho, administración pública, ...) plantea la importancia de la gestión de la educación de los municipios, a la importancia de la ciudadanía como una forma cercana y eficaz para hacer frente a los problemas y necesidades de formación de los adolescentes.

Stay@School at the Future of Education Conference

The Stay@School projet will be presented at the third edition of the “Future of Education” international conference, held in Florence, Italy, on 13 - 14 June 2013. Over 250 participants from all over the world will attend the conference. The conference participants belong to the sectors of higher education, school education, vocational education and training as well as adult education, therefore representing all of the target groups of the Stay@School project.
