Length of the training program: Long-term program (42 hours) 11 transferable credits.
- Type of education: day
- Target group: teachers in primary, secondary school- schoolteachers, school psychologists,, auxiliary teachers
- Need for the Program:
Discussing the analysis of the preuniversity teachers ‘need to train, as identified in Iasi:
 So that the parents can successfully perform their duties in the education of their children and so that the relationships between school and family will be more efficient , they must become partners with the school in the education of children, as well as in in the application of national strategies in education.
 The educational partnership concept is valuable in the teaching process. This principle requires a constant communication about the objectives of the educational act, between the family and the institution. The concept is targeting parents and teachers alike, and requires both to act in the same way. Parents, children and communities have proven to be a strong influence for one another..
 The program wants to use the experience that we gained from past training projects for school teachers regarding counseling of the parents, which was structured as “ complex camps for parents, children and teachers to participate in educational counseling”. „The parent’s club” and individual counseling of the parents in area such as: preventing school abandonment through a improved relationship between parents and children, preventing conflicts between parents and children, securing children from internet abuse, etc.
 Also, the training program relies on the need of training clearly expressed by the teacher. As to the difficulties that the participants have come across during the educational process, the subjects have provided the following:
I. student counseling
II. prevention and solving conflicts
III. interacting with family and community
IV. differential treatment of the students
