REVIEW OF THE TRAINING INITIATIVE:

The presence of bullying is closely connected to the general atmosphere and dynamics within the group. The training involves all the people interested.
Bullying is founded on a sense of discomfort in the group and has an impact on early school leaving and dropout.
The activity provides a strategy that teaches a constructive conflict management as an effective tool for the creation of more democratic, supportive, respectful and participatory relations, involving, of course, the students themselves, teachers, but also external experts such as representatives of the Police, qualified personnel of the Prefecture, Local Government Department, Local Health Department and significant and authoritative evidence.
Territory in training is seen as a larger system that includes microcosms such as teachers, the class group, the family, and the institutions.
Training activities have focused on a group of teachers (about ten) for a period of four meetings.
Then interventions in the classroom have been carried out and the making of a final workshop, with a final event of socialization and dissemination.
Duration: the period covered was the 2008-2009 school year.
