REVIEW OF THE TRAINING INITIATIVE:

• Context in which good practice is conducted:
Teacher Training Intermediate Cycle.
Preparing the first days of class.
One of the activities of the conference host to students.

• Why have you chosen this good practice?
It is a way to give the students our vision as a team of teachers
We also see them and how they want to work
They know the different ways of approaching the classes
It reinforces the principle give the importance of learning in the contact hours
• Skills acquired by teachers involved
• New vision of teaching and
• To take joint decisions
• Empathy
• To respect and receive respect
• Impact on professional development
Although not 100% because each student has his / her own life experience i some / as not the beginning of the course still able to be receptive to learning, it is less complicated classroom management
• Final comments
Our aim is also that the students receive and technical training, snagging the educational system, try staying in school as an opportunity to learn, often break the mold of misfit students the education system.
