Il disagio scolastico rappresenta uno dei problemi più importanti che la scuola si trova attualmente ad affrontare. Il livello d’approfondimento e di riflessione delle conoscenze relative a questo tema sono però ancora molto carenti, nonostante il forte impatto che esso produce nella persona che lo vive.
Il disagio scolastico, infatti, può comportare delle limitazioni o delle rinunce che possono condizionare pesantemente la vita del soggetto. Pensiamo ad esempio a quanto incide la scuola, in tutte le età dell’individuo, sullo sviluppo della personalità, sull’identità, sull’autostima, sulle relazioni affettive, su quelle tra pari e, per finire, sull’abbandono scolastico.

COMMENTO SULLA PUBBLICAZIONE:

Il volume cerca di indagare gli aspetti eziopatogenetici del disagio scolastico, su come questo si manifesta in adolescenza, su quali sono gli strumenti per diagnosticarlo ed infine sull’intervento che può essere attivato per ridurlo.
Il testo è indirizzato agli insegnanti della scuola d’ogni livello, ai dirigenti scolastici, agli psicologi, assistenti sociali, sociologi, psicopedagogisti che intendono promuovere progetti di prevenzione e che si occupano di psicologia della salute.

Stay@School at the Future of Education Conference

The Stay@School projet will be presented at the third edition of the “Future of Education” international conference, held in Florence, Italy, on 13 - 14 June 2013. Over 250 participants from all over the world will attend the conference. The conference participants belong to the sectors of higher education, school education, vocational education and training as well as adult education, therefore representing all of the target groups of the Stay@School project.
